Commodity Futures Performance Chart / One Year 2-12-2011
At the end of each week I have been posting the one year relative relative performance chart to show where we stand as far as food inflation goes. Starting this week I will also include the one week performance chart as well. I feel this gives a good perspective on how inflation is impacting your grocery bill. All one has to do is see how fast commodities are rising to understand why your dollar is being stretched so thin buying food.
