I thought I would post todays performance chart for commodity futures for the past 12 monthes. This is a great chart to show the staggering increases in commodities. For anyone who is wondering why your grocery bill keeps going up just review this chart. Please note the #1 performer over the last year, cotton. With a price increase of +143% over this date last year how long do you think it is going to be before you see clothing prices skyrocket? Corn comes in #3 at +91% which is a staggering gain. keep in mind how many products are manufactured using corn.
