On the one hand it is good to see Americans coming together and standing up for what they believe in, but on the other hand what these teachers are freaking out about shows just how much America has changed.

Here is a video that many of you might have already seen before, but I will go ahead and post it for those who have not. What this video shows is the month by month rise/spread of unemployment in this country from January 2007 thru January 2011.
We hear the unemployment numbers almost daily but the reality of it really hits home once you watch this short 41 second clip. You see how unemployment has spread like a cancer throughout our country. As sad is this is to watch it is even worse knowing that the data used in the video is only the "official" unemployment numbers and as we all know, the real unemployment rate is much higher.
